At Royalhill  , We highly recommends that you reserve your  treatments in advance. Our Clinic Concierge will request valid credit card details to secure your reservation.

Pre - arrival
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your  appointment if you would like to take full advantage of the Royalhill  facilities. Appointments begin promptly at the time scheduled. If you arrive late, your appointment will be shorten and treatment will end as scheduled, as a courtesy to the next guest.so that we will be on time for the next session.

Communication
Please communicate with your therapist to ensure satisfaction and to customize your services to fit your  best needs.



Health Considerations
For your comfort, please advise upon booking of any allergies, ailments or disabilities, especially if you have high blood pressure or if you are pregnant or nursing.

Cancellation
Cancellations and changes of scheduled treatments are accepted up to three hours prior to appointment time without incurring a charge. For cancellations less than three hours half price will be charged. And if you fail to call and cancel, the full price will be charged.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for purchase and can be used for all Royalhill treatments. for a period validity not more the six months. Please contact our  Reception.  if any question.
