At Royalhill Face Care & Body Treat, we want every moment of your visit to be seamless, relaxing, and truly rewarding. To ensure the highest quality of service for you and all our guests, we kindly ask that you review our guidelines below.
Reservations
We highly recommend reserving your treatments in advance to secure your preferred time. Our Clinic Concierge may request valid credit card details at the time of booking in order to confirm your reservation. This ensures we can prepare everything perfectly for your visit.
Pre-Arrival
Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fully enjoy the peaceful Royalhill experience. Our sessions begin promptly as scheduled. If you arrive late, your appointment will be shortened to honor the next guest’s reserved time.
Communication
Your comfort and satisfaction are our priority. We encourage you to openly communicate with your therapist during your session. Whether it’s pressure preference, areas of focus, or special requests, your feedback allows us to personalize your treatment for the best results.
Health Considerations
Your well-being is essential to us. Kindly inform us when booking of any allergies, health conditions, or special considerations. This includes high blood pressure, pregnancy, or nursing, so that we can adjust treatments safely and appropriately to your needs.
Royalhill Etiquette
To maintain the peace and tranquility of the Royalhill atmosphere, we respectfully ask that mobile phones and electronic devices be turned to silent mode. This ensures a calm environment where every guest can fully relax.
Cancellations
We understand that schedules can change.
Cancellations or rescheduling are accepted up to 3 hours prior to your appointment without charge.
Cancellations made less than 3 hours before will incur a 50% charge.
Missed appointments without notice will be charged at the full treatment price.

Gift Certificates
Give the gift of wellness with our Royalhill gift certificates. They can be purchased at reception and are valid for six months toward any of our treatments. Please speak with our team if you have any questions or wish to surprise someone special.
